The cabin sponsor page has gotten alot of revamps:

It now has a section that cabin sponsors can submit their work hours online! :)
Also, if you have a friend go out and do your community service hours, they can submit those as well right through the form :)
Also, a quick note to those that add themselves to the waiting list. The page will now send a notification to all the sponsors letting everyone know that another person joined the waiting list :)
As always the best way to make yourself available when your on the waiting list is attending the cabin sponsor meetings! That's the best time to meet some of the current sponsors and make sure personalities won't clash :)
