There is now a larger list of available selections from the Contact Us form at the bottom of the page.
Depending on what you select, your email will go directly to the requested party. For example, selecting "Site Feedback" will send your question straight to the webmaster or selecting "Contracts" will send your question right to the contract liason, etc. :)
