First 2010 Earth Day Meeting

It's that time of year again...time to start planning for Earth Day. An online chat meeting is set for Thursday, November 19th at 7:30 to get the ball rolling.

I anticipate it being a short meeting, setting artwork deadlines, solving any issues from last year, dividing up responsibilities, etc.

You can reach the chat room at this address: chat.campgaea.org, and we will meet in the Main Fire Circle room. We learned a lot last year about chat meetings, and these should run more smoothly than last year. :) To enter the chat room, you will need to enter your user id and password. So, if you haven't registered on the site, you will need to do so. Hope you can make it!

Hello Rhi,

Exactly how does one sign up for the Earth Day Forum? I do not see any instructions on how to do that. Of course, I will not make this meeting as there would be a bit of a drive but I would like to know what is up. Thank you in advance.

I THINK you go to the Forums. If it displays "Earth Day Festival" Forum, click on that. In the right upper-hand corner of the thread should be a button that says "Forum" with a little triangle next to it. If you click on it, the resulting drop-down menu should give you the option to "subscribe to Forum" or something similar. Mine now says "Unsubscribe to Forum" b/c I am already a member. I would e-mail Cyricx if you can't get it figured out. Other than that I don't know!
