In order to attend the upcoming event at Camp Gaea how would I join the MMF group in time? :confused:

You dont have to be a member you can pay at the gate. I belive it's $180 for the event ;)

Sorry i didn't see this post until now. You can access the MMF website at www.midwestmensfestival.com (http://www.midwestmensfestival.com). As earlier replies state, you can register at the gate. It is staffed for the bulk of the festival during the day. I am sure offsite registration is closed by now. I can provide some subjective impressions if you wish to e-mail me click here (http://www.campgaea.org/forums/sendmessage.php?do=mailmember&u=8). Hope you get the information you are seeking. You may attend for any length of time and leave the camp for errands, appointments, etc. The minimum registration to enter is 3 days. If memory serves, that is $60.00

;) What a deal!

I would just like to put in a word or two about my first impression(s) on the state of affairs between members of your festival thus far. First, just let me say that I am extremely pleased with the welcome I received on my very first visit over the period of two days at camp gaea. All of the attendants that I met freely shared there views on certain sensitive matters during the "circle" which greatly enhanced my ability to observe first hand the caring attitude that all had for each other's emotions and concern for safety. (Enough said).

In addition I had the privilege to work in the kitchen helping to prepare lunch before I had to leave on a personal matter. It was not only fun but I saw that everyone who volunteered really did enjoy working around the other participants and got great satisfaction from seeing the results of their donated labor. I further noticed how clean everyone was with their stations of duty and that all had the ability to shift from one responsibility to the next without any complaint or hesitation.

At the lake everyone had a super time visiting and at the Cuddle party we all were able to see the magnificent growth of the level of light that the stars in the heavens produced. Oh how wonderfully romantic that was!

Anyway please let me congratulate all on their special ability to put you at ease. I hope to be able to return early next week after I attend to my "business" this weekend. Seems like things have a way of getting in the way don't they.
