Please plan to join us this next weekend as we celebrate the Equinox - the day when daylight and nighttime are approximately equal.
Equinox is the time to prepare for the cold and recognize that our activities will now be more inner than outer. It is a celebration to release the burdens upon us from the summer’s labor. It is also the time for fall preparations and the opportunity look forward to the fire to curl up, meditate, read and research the wisdom of our elders. Certainly, it is a time to create useful things for gifting as well as use in the next season of growing.
Join us at the Gaea Retreat Center as we celebrate this wonder time of year. Our ritual will occur Saturday, Sept. 22, 2007 - time TBA - but generally is 7 -8pm ish.
